A Tanzanian safari can take on many different forms. Many people assume that exploring national parks leads to the best experience . From our experience, you can do that as well as explore the outside of the park, especially the Wildlife Management areas where you will have an opportunity to contribute directly to the community’s development. Therefore, this package will take you to the Wildlife Management area as part of your game safari package. Randilen is a Wildlife Managed Area (WMA) located near Tarangire National Park. A WMA is land set aside for wildlife conservation which is managed by the village in partnership with the government. In such an arrangement, the village gets a percentage of what visitors pay to stay or do a game drive through the area. Randilen is located at the border of Tarangire National park and the game drive in this area is quiet, it is not crowded, and it is a very special place. It is worth noting that wild animals are not bound by borders and wildlife management areas are located at the borders of all National Parks so you will be able to see animals.
A game drive in the Randilen area will be very special for couples, honeymooners and families. You will also be able to go for a morning game drive then back to the camp for hot lunch, and then another game drive in the late afternoon. You can also opt for walking and night game drives.
